Your calls will be answered by our virtual receptionists 7 days a week. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not sub-contract any of the work we do for our clients.

We’ll get to know you, your business and how you like to work in a number of ways.

First will be by following the brief and instructions you give us at the start as well as reviewing any other documents/materials you provide us with. Second, we’ll thoroughly explore your website(s) to understand your business. Finally, learning your business is an on-going process and we’ll pick up more along the way as we work together.

We’re pretty fast learners, but rest assured, we’ll fully embrace all aspects of your business and act just like a ‘model’ in-house employee would.

We’ll start setting up your service(s) and brief the team the same working day we receive your sign-up. Depending on the complexity of your requirements, many services can go live the same day (unless additional or more in-depth training is needed).

We believe clients should stay with us because they want to, not because they have to. That’s why all our services operate on a simple rolling monthly agreement. You can cancel at anytime by giving 30 days notice.
